The AABC Commissioning Group (ACG) is offering a livestream version of its well respected Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) Workshop, followed by a live 1-hour Q&A session with its instructors to dive further into the concepts introduced during the stream. The prerecorded, 3-hour commissioning workshop will cover all aspects of commissioning ranging from project management to functional testing, and both new and existing building commissioning. It is recommended to watch the video prior to the live Q&A session. Up to 4 AIA Learning Units (LUs) can be earned by attendees for continuing education purposes.

What is Covered? Introduction to the Commissioning Process; New Building Commissioning (Pre-Design Phase, Design Phase, Construction Phase, Acceptance Phase, and Post-Acceptance Phase); and Existing Building Commissioning.
Next year (2022) will see the return of the CxA Workshop in-person sessions. Qualified participants will have the option to take the CxA exam on-site after the in-person workshop concludes. The in-person workshops will take place in conjunction with AHR Expo 2022 and CxEnergy 2022.
